Hydronic Radiant Heat
Radiant heat (hot water flowing through tubes in the floor) produces a heat curve that conforms, almost identically, to the desired heat curve for optimum comfort without moving air or stirring up dust.
Heating the water will probably be done with a boiler- maybe something like the Rinnai Continum instant water heater. Yeah, its not a boiler but its enough for my needs of 1500 sq. ft. 199,000 btu with 140º @ 8.5 gpm is plenty for the towel warmer & excessive for the poured floor. Four zones should be enough--kitchen great room, kids room, bath room & master closet and bed.
